| Pittsburgh Steelers |
So who got to watch the Steelers game last night? Not me. I got to listen to it over the radio at work. Since Giant Eagle is the official grocery store of the Pittsburgh Steelers, they let it play over the intercom. Let me tell you how difficult that was for me. I wasn't supposed to work yesterday, even, but I took a shift for some guy named Kenny without even thinking about it. I know it wasn't a good day to be working, and Im betting my performance wasn't up to par seeing as how the whole time I was straining to hear the game. That's okay. I had the right. The game was a nail bitter. The Jets missed two crucial, possible game winning field goals, and the game went into 17-17 overtime, and finally, after much anticipation, the Steelers got their touch down. So next week is the division championship. I don't know if I work or not, but I definately don't think I can take another night like that. No one was in the store during the game. I might have had 10 customers the whole night. Might have. Since there was no one there, they sent everyone home except for me. And that was when the game ended. So I spent the end of the night taking care of every single customer that decided on some post-game munchies all by myself. Go me! Oh, and GO STEELERS!
