When there's not a lot going your way and you have tons to do and word wont even work for you it sucks. But when you let it all get to you and dwell on the bad things so much that you start to get short of breath and red in the face and eventually let that lead into a nice little panic attack, that sucks even worse. I need to learn some destressing mechanisms. I have a headache.
